Geeks and Tonic is such a clever game, suitable for all levels of drunk. The parody artwork is incredible, and there are at least a few heroes that everyone will recognize even if you aren't too geeky because of the sheer amount of games it covers (pacman, halo, legend of zelda, COD, etc). I found this game to be straightforward and easy to follow, especially farther into the game when your logic starts to become fuzzy. It's intense, fast paced and leaves everyone laughing! A perfect way to start off any great party.
Really well paced game that keeps interest despite knocking back a few. Combines just the right amount of random and strategy to keep new games fresh. If you need a new drinking game for your friends, this one is quick, lightweight and easy to set up and enjoy.
Great Game would buy again. Geeks and Tonic is what you'd expect a nerdy drinking game to be. It's full of parodied versions of your favorite video game characters. The artwork is well done. If you're wondering what kind of game it's like. It's Mario Party, King's cup and Munchkins all rolled into one. It's one of those games where you can make your friends absolutely hate you by undoing their turns, stealing their points and forcing them to drink. In addition, an interesting aspect of the game is that unlike other drinking game, it rewards you for drinking (in certain situations). At any rate, if you play your cards right and you can hold your liquor down, there are so many ways you can outplay and out drink your friends. My only criticism about the game is that. I think its creator is pretty bad at this game despite the fact he created it.
Geeks and Tonic is a fun drinking game, no matter how much you have had to drink. The artwork is nicely done.
